State Innovation Video 2023: Kentucky Knowledge Management & eLearning Program
Kentucky built a Knowledge Management Team and Program to help new staff build skills and retain the valuable knowledge of experienced staff. The program utilizes various mediums such as podcasts and videos to deliver uniform training about decision making processes and reduce the training burden on management staff.
